Yes, come any time that we are open and we will be happy to give you the nickel tour. *If the dogs aren't caged, what do you do with them? All dogs are kept separate and are with a staff member at all times. *Does my Dog or Cat have to be Vaccinated? Yes. *Does Happy Tails Accept All Dogs? Yes. We are gentle with older frail dogs and are patient with aggressive/nervous dogs. A cage free environment is very calming. *My dog has been kicked out of other grooming salons, will you groom my dog? Yes. *Can I stay with my dog while it is being groomed? Yes, let us know when you make your appointment. *Dog you use tranquilizers? No, it's not necessary. We use a calm, gentle, patient approach and love on your dog. This helps to settle an aggressive or nervous dog. *Do I have to drop off my pet and keep him/her at the grooming salon all day? No. We will groom your dog in two to three hours unless your pet has special circumstances requiring lots of breaks. *Do you accept credit cards or checks? Yes.
