Hi, my name is Sarah and I have owned Happy Tails Dog Wash & Day Spa for three years now. I discovered a wonderful enzyme cleaner called BIOZYME. It is the bomb! I have never used anything that works as well. We have a lot of pets that potty on our cement floors. I am neurotic about cleaning up bad smells. Any bad smell fills up the whole place. When a pet pees on the floor, I spray a whole bunch of BIOZYME on it, wipe it up with paper towels and throw them in the garbage. When a pet poops, the poop gets scooped up and put in an outside garbage can. We then spray BIOZYME where the poop was, use a paper towel and throw it in the trash (outside.) I then ask everyone, "Do you smell poop?" I can't stand the smell of poop. We never had a problem with pee smells until we ran out of BIOZYME. |

I will be honest, Ididn't think that BIOZYME was all that and a bag of chips. So, when we ran out of BIOZYME, I started using bleach. Immediately I noticed a HUGE difference. The place started to smell like a fermenting out house. Yuck! This is very bad for business and bad for my mental health. Y'know, we only went a couple of days without the BIOZYME. On the second day I was on the phone begging for cases of the stuff from the manufacturer in Portland, OR. The company that makes BIOZYME is family owned/operated. They manufacture (HAND-MADE) industrial strength, EARTH FRIENDLY and NON-TOXIC cleaning products. All of their stuff is wonderful, but without BIOZYME, I'm toast. Anyway, the next day, I left Crystal (the salon manager) in charge, and drove to SE Portland to pick up whatever they had available. I kid you not, I was desperate. |

| I'm a bleeding heart for an old fat unwanted puppy. The last one I got was a little chubster named Tammy. That doggie is 11 years old, and was never potty trained. She was used to being left in a small space without ever taken outside to go potty. Much to my dismay, she would pee or poop and then drag her bed over it. If my husband knew that she had gone potty on the carpet in the house, Tammy and I would be living in the back yard. |

| Every time Tammy peed on the carpet, I would unscrew the BIOZYME cap and pour it directly onto the area where she peed. I poured enough (eyeballing it) to saturate the (wet) urine spot on the carpet. Then, I got some large bath towels (old ones we keep in the garage), folded them into a square, placed them over the pee/BIOZYME and stood on them to blot up the liquid. (Afterward, the towels go right into the washing machine......I had to hide the evidence.) NO SMELL & NO STAIN |
